Interior design and planning for a high-tech office at Alon Tower in Tel Aviv, responding to the evolving needs of today’s workplace and the specific characteristics of technology companies. The design focuses on creating a flexible, diverse, and welcoming work environment that combines individual work, collaboration, interaction, and employee wellbeing.

Modern high-tech office design requires moving beyond the traditional division of workstations and meeting rooms. The office was designed as a range of different work environments, including individual workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative areas, quiet workspaces, and informal spaces for meetings and spontaneous interaction. This variety allows employees to choose the environment that best suits their needs throughout the workday.

Hybrid work and the importance of meaningful in-person interaction were central considerations in the planning. Alongside areas for focused work, the office includes spaces that encourage communication, collaboration, and creativity. Particular attention was also given to acoustics and to creating a balance between open areas and spaces that provide privacy and concentration.

The interior design combines materials, lighting, furniture, and custom carpentry tailored to the space, creating a contemporary language that reflects the company’s identity. Beyond functionality, the design also considers employee wellbeing, creating a comfortable, welcoming workplace with a strong sense of belonging.

The result is a contemporary and flexible high-tech office that combines thoughtful office planning and interior design with an understanding of how people work, meet, and interact, a workplace designed for the evolving needs of technology companies in Tel Aviv.
