Penthouse in Midtown Tower

**Midtown Apartment | Tel Aviv**

A 130 sqm apartment in Tel Aviv’s Midtown residential tower was redesigned for a single resident after being purchased from the developer off-plan. The original five-room layout was reconfigured into a four-room apartment, creating a more generous and tailored living environment.

The renovation included modifications to the apartment’s systems, as well as the redesign of the kitchen, walk-in closet and bathroom cabinetry. Lighting, color and furniture were carefully considered as part of the overall design.

The starting point for the design was the apartment’s sweeping panoramic views. Alongside the views, the resident’s personal collection of artwork and distinctive inherited furniture was integrated into the design from the earliest planning stages. The result is a contemporary and highly personal home, where the architecture and existing pieces are brought into dialogue with one another.
