Alooma Offices (acquired by Google)

The design of Alooma’s offices at Hagag Tower focuses on creating a contemporary, flexible and inviting workplace tailored to the nature of work and the evolving needs of a technology company.

A well-designed tech office needs to balance different modes of working, individual focus, meetings and collaboration, spontaneous encounters and moments of pause. The office is organized as a sequence of spaces that allows employees to choose the setting that best suits them throughout the day, combining workstations, meeting rooms, quiet areas and open spaces for interaction.

Particular attention was given to fostering informal connections between employees. The kitchen and shared spaces are positioned at the heart of the office, creating natural points of encounter, while acoustic planning and the distribution of spaces allow for privacy and concentration within a dynamic environment.

The design language combines natural materials, a refined color palette and graphic elements that create a distinctive and personal workplace without compromising functionality. The result is an office that brings together efficiency, flexibility and a sense of belonging, a working environment designed around the people who use it.
