Penthouse

Interior design for a luxury penthouse on a high floor in Giv'atayim, purchased as a new developer-built apartment and subsequently extensively redesigned and reconfigured to meet the residents’ lifestyle and needs.

The design involved a reconsideration of the apartment’s layout, the relationships between the spaces, and the flow throughout the home, alongside extensive modifications to the infrastructure and building systems and the detailed design of the interiors. The existing shell became the foundation for a highly tailored design that moves away from the standardized character of a developer-built apartment.

The design language is defined by clean lines, restrained materiality, and carefully considered details, creating an elegant and contemporary atmosphere. Materials, finishes, lighting, and bespoke carpentry were conceived as a cohesive whole, giving each space its own character while maintaining continuity and harmony throughout the home.

The result is a penthouse with a quiet, refined presence, balancing a sense of luxury with everyday comfort and creating a distinctive, timeless living environment.
