Hayarkon Park Penthouse
A penthouse overlooking Yarkon Park, designed to blur the boundaries between interior and exterior and make the surrounding landscape an integral part of the home.
Set on a single level, the apartment is organized around a long terrace that serves as the central axis of the design. Wide openings and direct access from the rooms to the terrace create a continuous connection between the interior, the outdoors, and the park, allowing light, greenery, and views to become part of the living experience.
The material palette is natural and understated: smoked oak, natural stone and marble, soft sand and stone tones, with touches of smoky blue. Dark graphite aluminum frames the views, emphasizing the connection between the architecture and its surroundings.
The result is a contemporary, restrained home in which materiality, light, and landscape come together to create a continuous, natural, and refined living environment.
