Lightspin Offices (acquired by Cisco)

The design of Lightspin’s offices at Alon Tower 2 in Tel Aviv centers on creating an environment that encourages informal connections, collaboration and creativity.

The office is organized as a sequence of workspaces in a variety of configurations, from intimate acoustic booths and shared work tribunes to meeting rooms. Alongside the communal spaces, more private areas allow employees to focus and work quietly, offering flexibility to choose the setting that best suits each task.

At the heart of the office, the main kitchen was redesigned and complemented by a café-style space that serves as an informal social hub, encouraging spontaneous encounters throughout the day.

The design draws inspiration from the panoramic urban landscape outside, combining a youthful color palette with contemporary geometric elements, including custom graphic treatments across the walls. The result is a dynamic, open and flexible workplace that balances community, creativity and focused work.
