Interior design and planning for a high-tech company’s offices at Givon Square in Tel Aviv, conceived as a contemporary, flexible, and diverse work environment that combines professional needs with employee wellbeing.

Today, high-tech office design requires much more than a traditional arrangement of workstations and meeting rooms. A successful workplace should support different modes of working, interaction, and collaboration, while also providing spaces for concentration, informal work, and moments of pause. Accordingly, the office was designed as a collection of spaces with different characters, allowing employees to choose the environment that best suits them throughout the workday.

Rather than relying solely on fixed workstations, the office incorporates a variety of alternative work settings, open seating areas, intimate work corners, spaces for spontaneous meetings, and environments suited to both individual and collaborative work. This creates a dynamic and flexible workplace that encourages communication, creativity, and collaboration without compromising privacy and focus.

A key element of the project is the large terrace, conceived as a direct extension of the workplace and an important part of the employees’ wellbeing. Alongside seating and social areas, the terrace includes a dedicated yoga and exercise area and an outdoor bar designed for informal gatherings, breaks, and social events. The terrace effectively becomes an additional layer of the office, a place to step away from the routine, recharge, and connect in an open-air environment.

The design seeks to balance efficiency, functionality, and quality of life. Successful office planning begins with an understanding of a company’s culture, working patterns, and employees’ needs, translating them into a space that supports productivity while fostering comfort and a sense of belonging. Here, architecture and interior design work together to create a contemporary, welcoming, and flexible workplace suited to the dynamic nature of the high-tech industry.

The result is more than an office: it is a complete workplace environment that brings together work, collaboration, creativity, relaxation, and wellbeing, offering employees a range of spaces and experiences throughout the day.
