Gindi Apartment

Interior design and planning for a luxury apartment at Gindi Towers in Tel Aviv, with the project receiving design guidance from the earliest planning stages, before the surrounding complex and neighborhood were fully developed. This early involvement allowed the apartment to be carefully considered from the outset, adapting the developer’s plans and establishing the foundations for a home tailored to the residents’ needs.

The project focused on creating a contemporary luxury apartment defined by a clean, minimalist aesthetic, balanced proportions, precise lines, and restrained materiality. The layout, building systems, lighting, custom carpentry, and architectural details were conceived as one cohesive whole, creating a sense of spaciousness, calm, and continuity throughout the apartment.

Materials and finishes were selected to create an elegant and timeless design language, complemented by carefully crafted details and bespoke carpentry. The design takes advantage of the apartment’s setting within the tower, creating a connection between the interior architecture, the surrounding urban landscape, and the experience of living in central Tel Aviv.

The result is a developer-built apartment transformed into a refined, highly personal home, an example of luxury interior design that combines early-stage planning, functionality, and minimalist aesthetics, with a strong emphasis on quality, materiality, and detail.
