Interior design and renovation of a newly built developer apartment, delivered brand new but subsequently redesigned and comprehensively renovated to fully meet the residents’ needs. Despite its new condition, the apartment was not treated as a finished product; instead, its layout and design were reconsidered in their entirety to create a highly personal and distinctive home.

The renovation included a complete reconfiguration of the spaces, modifications to infrastructure and building systems, a new selection of materials and finishes, and the design of bespoke interior elements and custom carpentry. Particular emphasis was placed on creating an elegant, harmonious and highly refined living environment, balancing everyday functionality with a strong sense of luxury.

The design language is defined by rich yet restrained materiality, precise proportions, architectural lighting, and custom-designed carpentry tailored to the spaces. Every element of the interior ת from flooring and wall finishes to lighting, cabinetry and the finer details, was conceived as part of a cohesive whole.
