Shikun Vatikim Ramat Gan

Town House

Interior design for a spacious villa in Ramat Gan’s Shikun Vatikim neighborhood, designed for a family of five. The project was developed from the initial planning stages and continued throughout construction, with the aim of creating a cohesive and carefully considered home in which architecture, interiors and outdoor spaces are conceived as part of a unified whole.

From the earliest stages, the layout, relationships between spaces, openings, circulation and connection to the garden were carefully considered. This allowed the architecture to be tailored to the family’s way of life and key interior elements to be integrated into the planning from the outset.

The interior design encompasses every aspect of the home, from the distribution of floors and bedrooms to the kitchen and living spaces, as well as custom cabinetry, lighting, finishes, bathrooms and the finer details. Early and comprehensive planning allowed the home’s systems, storage solutions and cabinetry to be integrated into the architecture, ensuring that every element was considered as part of the construction process.

The result is a generous family home designed as a cohesive whole, from the architecture and spatial planning to the materials, lighting and details, tailored precisely to the needs and way of life of the family.
